About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing).
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive job seeker and employer traffic.
Optimize the job board’s SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) like conversions, traffic, and ROI to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with content teams to create targeted marketing materials, including blog posts, email newsletters, and social media content.
Manage partnerships and affiliate marketing strategies to increase job board visibility.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Track user behavior through Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular performance reports.
Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in the job board or recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the recruitment industry or job board platforms.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
